The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold via Collaborative Design Space Pty Ltd (ABN 17 127 393 855) e-Commerce platform. Property is deemed to have passed from the seller to the buyer after successful receipt of payment via our NAB Transact Gateway.

Online via our payment gateway or, for approved accounts, 30 days from date of invoice. GST (10%) applies to all products sold within Australia.

Delivery is provided at a set fee per item and state and is subject to change to factors such as Covid restrictions. Pickup is an option from either our Melbourne or Sydney warehouses by agreement.

Installation can be arrange by Collaborative Design Space at a fee. If you wish to have product assembled and delivered please contact us prior to placing an order.

Pick up is available from Lane Cove (Sydney) and Heidelberg West (Melbourne). The purchaser is responsibility for loading onto pick-up vehicle. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the pick-up vehicle is large enough transport the goods purchased. Enquire via the form on the right.

If any product arrives damaged (through no fault of your own) a replacement product will be provided. We will not, however, accept a returned product where the product is not faulty, or the customer has caused the product to become unacceptable, or where the product has been damaged by abnormal use or use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Additionally, if you deem the product is unfit for purpose due to size, weight or other functional criteria we cannot provide a refund – hence it is critical that all product detail is reviewed prior to purchase.
